We represent a Fortune 500 insurer as our main client.
Collections and Creditor Representation -- The firm represents creditors in collection matters including foreclosures, suits on notes and accounts, garnishments, fraudulent conveyance actions, etc. We have used the Texas turnover statute with success.
Church Representation -- We have extensive experience representing churches and clergy in personal injury and defamation suits.
Federal Causes of Action -- We have defended claims under the False Claims Act (qui tam), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and other federal causes of action.
